Permanent Bookings: Majura Park Childcare Centre takes bookings on a permanent basis. A permanent booking commits your child’s attendance to be weekly on the requested days during the year. Permanent bookings can be:
Three consecutive days (starting on a Monday or Wednesday)
Two consecutive days (starting on a Monday or Thursday)
Occasional Bookings/ Additional days: Majura Park Childcare does accept occasional bookings for children already enrolled. Occasional bookings are subject to availability and can be made directly to the Director or Admin Manage via phone, e-mail or face-to-face. Bookings can be requested in advance (without guarantee) or requested either the day prior or on the day.
Change of days: If you wish to change, increase or decrease the days your child attends care you must request a change of attendance and return it to the Director (Nominated Supervisor) or Administration Manager. Parents are required to provide at least two (2) weeks written notice to decrease days. Any other changes can be made in a timeframe agreed upon by the Director(Nominated Supervisor) and parent.

Cancellation of Care: When you enrol with Majura Park Childcare Centre you are required to pay a two (2) week holding deposit/ (enrolment fee). This fee is forfeited if you cancel your enrolment before attending. Your holding deposit/ (enrolment fee) is held to secure your child’s position throughout their time in our care. The deposit will be refunded when your child leaves the Centre.
It is a condition of enrolment that you provide two (2) weeks written notice of your intention to withdraw your child from the Centre.
Once enrolled, it is vital that you keep us informed of any changes in:
place of employment
persons authorised to collect your child
updated immunisation records
medical charts – asthma management or allergies etc
Custody or access arrangements (legal documents MUST be sighted by the Director).
