Majura Park Childcare Centres Management Team is committed to providing your children with high quality care and education.The Management Team has a clear goal in directing the service; where ongoing quality improvement, continuity of care and cultural sensitivity are promoted. 

Our Director/Educational Leader: 

The Director (Nominated Supervisor) of Majura Park Childcare Centre is Dr Lemuel Toledano. Lemuel obtained his PhD (Organisational Behaviour) from The Australian National University (ANU). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Education (Educational Management), Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts (Behavioural Science). Prior his appointment as Educational Leader, Lemuel was the Room Leader in the Jumbos Room at Majura Park Childcare Centre. Previously, he has worked as a University lecturer (teaching general education and early childhood courses), early childhood practicum supervisor, pre-school director and consultant in various educational institutions.

The Director (Nominated Supervisor) is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Centre, which includes education and administration and monitoring of childcare and staff. The Director ensures the objectives and policies of the Centre are implemented. The Director(Nominated Supervisor) is employed as a non-contact staff, ensuring that all parents’ administration and other requirements are continuously met.

As Educational Leader,  Lemuel’s role is to oversee the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and guide our curriculum, pedagogy and practice.  The Educational Leader must have a strong vision, which will develop and guide pedagogical decisions and deliver a shared approach about how to achieve best learning outcomes for children, to ensure a united team of educators who will work towards a consistent approach to curriculum.​

Our Administration Manager:
Our Finance Manager is Aaron.  The Administration Manager is responsible for all issues of Administration and Human Resources throughout this business.

The Administration Manager is responsible in conjunction with the company accoutant  for the organisation and collection of fees, and dealing with concerns regarding fees/payments and complaint issues. Any issues not directly related to the provision of childcare and education services directly to the children are in the domain of the Administration Manager.
